GUIDE FOR AUTHORS

Approaches to Aging Control is a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on all aspects of scientific and clinical research on aging that can be useful to control the process and the age-associate diseases and cognitive decline, and on clinical research and case studies of plastic surgery and aging.

Publication Categories
Reviews, research and clinical articles, letters to editor concerning the aspects mentioned above.
Manuscript.

The manuscript must be written in English. Double space only (not 1.5 spacing) and format for printing on 8.5 X 11-inch white paper with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Font size should be no smaller than 12 pt. Number each page, beginning with the title page.

The parts of the manuscript should appear in the following order: title page, keywords, abbreviatures, abstract (not more than 250 words) main text, acknowledgements, references, tables, figure legends. Table legends should appear above the table on the same page. Figure legends should appear together at the end of the main document. It would be highly recommendable that submissions contain a conclusion emphasizing what the author believe can the relevant for the control of aging. In research involving human subjects, informed consent must have been obtained in writing as well.

References.Citations in the text: The numerical system of references should be used. References in the text should be cited by numbers in square brackets in the order of their citation. The reference text should be as follow:
[1] Werner, S., Grose, R. (2003) Regulation of wound healing by growth factors and cytokines. Physiol. Rev. 83: 835-870.
Only manuscripts that conform with the previous guidelines will be considered for publication. Submission of an article for publication implies the transfer of the copyright from the author to the Publisher upon acceptance. Accepted papers become the permanent property of Approaches to Aging ontrol and may not be reproduced by any means, in whole or in part, without the written consent of the Publisher.
